As for making a Youtube channel I would say up to you, but how ideally I think it comes down to how much knowledge you have in terms of Disney Heroes ideally.
What do you think about your level of knowledge in terms of Disney Heroes?

Maybe research how other Disney Heroes and mobile Youtubers do their stuff, like for you to have a better start.
I don’t know how much you know about video editing right now, but I will say that the more professional or at least polished your video feels the more views you will likely get. In the beginning it is probably best to go for simple yet polished videos, just a tip.

YT probably has a minimum age in the TOS similar to this game, so yes that sounds about right
