Forgive me if this is posted somewhere else. Since the last update ive tried reaching support and keep getting authentication error every time I try and message support.
The reason i was messaging was to ask if its normal to not get crates for winning last 2 wars in legendary stage? Up until now we have always received 3 war crates for winning wars. This war and the last we had no option to select crates and we did in fact win. Does this have to do with the end of season or is it an error?
Can’t help with the crates issue but I can confirm I can’t contact support either , I’m on Amazon Kindle though so I figured that was related to the buying issue
No I’m android. No one in my faction has received crates either for 2 wars now. Anyone who can direct me to someone who can help would be appreciated. I know it’s the weekend so not sure anyone from perblue is around
I believe once you reach legendary you do not get more crates.
I play in a Kindle and am unable to contact support either.
Like commander said. When you reach legendary you no longer receive crates until the season ends. It’s not continuous rewards.
When the season ends you will get the final crate set and then your rank resets and you start climbing ranks again next month.
This season ends in like 28 hours
Yeah it’s not working. I keep trying to contact them about the purchase error and all the missed deals
Ok thanks we just reached legendary ranks so that makes sense but it happened right after the update along with support being out of commi I thought it was all connected thanks guys
There is currently an issue with Android players no able to send in support ticket. You can fix the authentication error by clearing the device data under “App” settings. You won’t lose any progress in the game, but it will allow you to contact support.
I play on Amazon Kindle and it says I will lose all saved data and accounts if I clear the data. I am unable to contact support of make purchases.
