After the update yesterday I updated quorra’s skill (yes I have skill point consumables ) and it literally cost me diamonds also…Almost 30k in diamonds it cost which never should happen especially when u have skill point consumables! I made a ticket and still no response and almost 4 years playing this game…I am disappointed and super frustrated.
I’ve checked my game, and my Skill Points still cost Gold.
I’m sure that Samm is busy. Since I think the team starting working not that long ago I think.
To buy more, you use diamonds, so instead of using his skill pojnt consumables it took all his diamonds
Samm said Yesturday that there is a long list of support tickets so you will have to wait until you get a response. So it might take a while Rae.

I sense an unintentional scam, that Samm needs to address.
I see it definitely was an issue on the update but still waiting for a response from support @Samm
We put in a band-aid fix to keep people from losing Diamonds. The client update will fix the issue, and remove the band-aid fix so players can use the Diamonds for them again. I’m working on getting the lost Diamonds back to people that were affected by the issue.
Yeah, i lost 100k diamonds and a guild member lost 155k. It really shouldnt have happened
Samm I understand things happen…the consequences are from this losing out in contest and the noreply after it happened. I see now and tx smiley for adding your reply I am not the only one and I hope the remedy of the situation speeds up and is fair. Hey I got my diamonds back so ty @samm or pb support…I lost out of the contest because of it but I won’t dwell on the dumb stuff and tx to everyone on 21 for the support who was supportive lol
