Snail sabotage who to use it on and who not to use it on

I was wondering about the snail sabotage and who are some of the best and worst heroes to use it on and if their is even such a thing as bad and good heroes I want to get others peoples opinions on it

when i was in an active guild we never used it, as it made sparring for practice pretty much impossible

Agreed that it makes sparring close to impossible.
But I have used it on Barbossa(Tia) in a Pleakley-Hades-study line to avoid the study at the start of the battle (before the Pleakley nerf)
I have also used it in Piggy-Meg line to delay Piggy and force Megara to link to the second hero, which breaks the Piggy invincibility

But would only use it when winning/losing the war is guaranteed, not when it is a close battle.
