Solo deals feedback

The solo deals are bad. It’s clear you’re not going to change anything or listen and just want us to believe blindly that some people like them unlike the majority of people posting here. I’m sure there are people buying them all, inflating the revenue, making it equal to when more people bought deals. But less people buying more deals won’t really matter when people continue quitting because they are dissatisfied with your decisions and customer service.

Polaris, spend less time being offended and more time assuaging the community that you actually hear and respect us. That idea has not been conveyed a single time in this thread. I had already made the decision to stop spending before this, but you guys made it really easy to stick to my guns. So thanks I guess

Just FYI, I’ve been updating the title as they’ve announced more servers on the solo deals. Right now it’s 1-20; 21 and 22 are still unaffected, lucky ducks. When that happens (because why wouldn’t it, at this rate) I guess the title will just be Solo deals feedback.

They give the same vip rings and diamonds. The lack of stacking makes you spend more. We could be a $20 package and get 2 or occasionally 3 stacked deals…now $20 gets you on semi terrible package and you have to spend $10 for the other semi terrible package and another $10 to get a 3rd semi terrible package.

As all costs go up, packages have been reduced and reduced and now stacking goes away. As I said in my own post…cheers for profiteering!!!

Not at all, I can see how the new solo deals are a positive change for that category of player. If there are more deals available to buy, that’s more deals that they will buy to maximise their resources.

However it’s naive & selfish to think that’s the only experience that matters.

So what you think that comparing some great deal that happened once to a bad deal from today means emphatically it was better than than it is now? There’s New deals every day. You got three stackable deals together at once but I have seen the majority of that included in one package deal for 20 bucks or a similar value, you’re deluding yourself into thinking it’s automatically better because you got three things for the price of one when I have seen one thing for the price of one including that much value alone. Bottom line, you’re getting the same deals and the same value and even the extra value at the same rate as before and you’re crying because it is packaged differently.

Why yes, players do think the infrequent but great stacking deals are better than solo deals

Congratulations you have finally grasped the point

So many people making these blanket statements that every single deal offered in the solo format has been terrible. That is just outright a lie. There are good and bad deals every single day. You’re comparing a current deal to the best one you ever saw in your life and getting mad that they are not equal. Grow up.

nobody is crying, we are having a polite & civil discussion about the reduced value being offered by the solo deals. :man_shrugging:

Yes, the deals themselves are good enough value - but they are not significantly better value than the stackable deals, which alongside themselves offered the potential for improved value.

Oh really? Obviously you only read what you wanted to read, literally they offer great package deals for a reasonable price with a whole lot of stuff. At least once every couple weeks there will be some great deal, $20 for over a thousand batteries and crates and some other stuff all in one solo package.

Here’s an example: 397 stamina for 5 bucks. It’s a solo deal, and a fine one at that. But what if there was a 20 dollar hook chip deal offered at the same time? People would rather spend the 20 and get both. Instead, it’s no longer even a remote option and I would have to spend 25. No one is saying the deals are all bad. We are saying we are being cheated out of potential value, which is a true point. That is why people are upset.

Yeah, maybe I get 400 stamina instead of 350. But there is no chance of any additional value from a chip, token, or crate deal and it doesn’t look like there ever will be again. It is less value overall any way you look at it.

You want to whale out, go for it, but I think the rates of people quitting are going to continue rising

Such great value that currently there are a max of 4 items per deal because VIP rings and diamonds take up two of the 6 slots

No lost value at all, cried the contrarian

Earlier this week, we had a single regular / non-solo deal at $5 for 552 Red crates and 552 Damage crates. Despite not stacking with anything, I purchased it as that seemed excellent value.

Today we have a solo deal, at $20, for 540 Red crates and 540 Yellow crates.

The bigger is also the lack of stacking for multiple deals in the same package. You used to have 2 or more $5 packs available. I could spend $10 and get both packages while getting more diamonds.

To get less, I still spend $10, get less things because the deal slots are taken by vip rings and diamonds as well as not getting the bonus diamonds of the $10 pack because the deal doesn’t stack.

Obviously, the 2 $5 pack is not a huge thing, but the multiple packs available at $10 or more; as well as the daily diamond deals no longer stacking is a huge loss.

I’ll stop complaing when I can get 1000 stam for 5$ Because 300 doesn’t really do anything now.

I’m pretty much done spending money now with the solo deals. I spent 2500 stamina when I hit 150 and only got my top 8 characters to r3 no way I’m spending any more money to level up my main team of 15.

Just wanted to add here. I am part of the silent majority who likes the flexibility. For once this didn’t feel like a cash grab. Anyone too blinded by their own sense of morale superiority needs to start taking photographic evidence and comparing deals. We didn’t lose value. We gained variety

Look at the value!

Maybe your account is newer, but pb used to do days where they had flash deals and there was a new deal every hour. No one complained about those. There are ways to offer more deals while still maintaining a sense of value.

It was fine.

Not now, maybe we have many deals at once but all are trash and offer much less.
And of course, before nothing stopped PB to do multiple deals at once.

Supply and demand homie. Demand is the highest at this exact moment because it’s in between an update and a spending contest. And that contest includes a brand new hero. People are starving for diamonds and the willingness to buy bad value deals exist. That’s simple economics. If you don’t like it then don’t buy it.
