Me Potato Head is impossible due to licensing issues. Turbo is also impossible because “dead” characters can not appear in game.
Mr Potato Head I somewhat understand. But what makes you think Turbo is coming to the game, just asking.
The Badge pictures aren’t automatically deemed leaked, it isn’t hidden details.

I’m pretty sure most, if not all badges listed were designed without any thought of teasing future characters, especially considering how much time passed between some of the examples. And with Platinum badges now being a thing, any possibilities are crossed once again.
Well that’s ture. I’m sorry for these badges. I was surprised when I noticed the resemblance.
