I just have unlocked Dr Drakken but there’s a problem.now I can’t get him
Why can’t you get him and what was the problem after you got him but somehow he’s locked?

Because when I got 9 chips for him there’s a bug
Is the bug when you unlock Drakken when you only got 9 chips for him?
Yes now it’s not letting me to unlock him
Just get 1 more Drakken chip and I think you’ll be fine
