After this last update whenever I try to open up multiple crates I only get a couple.
It’s happened to me three times now…
I try to open 10 crates and it gives me two or three, but usually just two
Known issue, it’s just a visual bug, you still getting all 10 drops.
Should be fixed soon.

I hope so because… I don’t think it’s a visual issue because I’m not being awarded any chips when I do a 10x…
If it was just visual… You would still get chips in some way or another for heroes and I’ve went through and made a chip count survey and I am not getting chips when I did the 10x…
I don’t trust it, I think the supposed “visual” is not really JUST visual… in three times I never got any hero chips? That’s not possible on a 10x
The odds against no hero chips in 30 x is beyond impossible.
You did a count of hero chips for all 170-odd heroes, opened some 10x crates, then went through and checked the counts for all 170-odd heroes again? And made sure it was hero chips, not red skill chips?
