Well actually nvm, Anakin wasn’t, yes, he left Shmi when he was 8 but he was still at least raised by her although his childhood was very, very painful and something no child shouldever have to go through.

I’m not gonna go full on Star Wars lecture but just know that Anakin had such a terrible upbringing. Luke is definitely a orphan though, remember that.
