Yep unable to damage kuzco at all.
I’ve gotta chime in and bump this.
I’ve invested so much in the nightmare heroes over the last days but there is nothing I can do to even injure kuzco.
I’ve tried different disk combos, removing heroes from the line up in case that might somehow affect him. My characters aren’t at the max rank, but they are all at or above the rank of kuzco in this trial.
In fact I’ll wager if he dropped his invincibility for even a second he would explode. But no, permanent invulnerability and casually deletes my back line as soon as Sally loses her first life. Heck!
he just permanent reflects and invincibility…awesome! we could use some of that…if u can’t remove him at least allow some other toons to be included in our lineup the 5 toons don’t have any counters for him…
I guess thats why they call it nightmare trials, since no one can beat nicely done on the cracked up job, have 3 days left on it and looks like no one will be able to pass it oh well not a suprise
Yea can’t get past the last three stages starting at stage 11. Thought my yellow toons be decent enough but nope. O well guess chalk it up to not being able to do things as a free to play player again (keep that gap growing I guess)
I do think that restricting the final stages of the trial to just characters from The Nightmare Before Christmas and including Kuzco in one of those stages was a bridge too far; IMHO, Kuzco (if he was to be included at all) should have been in one of the earlier stages to give players more options to counter him. As someone who like trials to be fairly challenging, for this one I agree with the consensus that it was too hard.
But “unbeatable”? “Impossible”? No. Harder than it should have been, certainly, but my secondary account, which I’ve spent a total of $30 on (last deal bought was well over a year ago, also), was able to 3-star stage 11 with an Emerald-rank Sally, a Y11-rank Mayor, and an R16 Lock, Shock, & Barrel. Granted, I had to use the Get More Stamina bonuses, a couple dozen Stamina Cost Resets, and tens of thousands of hoarded diamonds, but in the end it was possible. Punishingly difficult and maybe not worth the resources spent, but possible.
(IMHO, even more annoying than the Nightmare Trial was spending all those resources during an FtN… and only getting the first three progress rewards. Seriously, just call those the Whale Contests from now on.)
Now the last stage of Weekend Trial is also unbeatable @TheGrillFather.
And no, it’s not because of disks OR patches.
In simplicity - if Slinky doesn’t time you out in wave 1, then certainly you will be doomed by Baymax+Felix the first second you enter wave 2.
Reason is simple - no hero offers Armor for teammates. And Felix’s purple skill makes Baymax’s green deal stupid amounts of damage.
Therefore the easiest solution would be to change Felix for someone else. Maybe remove disk on Baymax if he has “Ol” one.
Not JUST Felix, but maxed patch Ariel. Doubles the SP.
In the most polite expression possible, whoever tests the difficulty of trials and such is not doing a very good job of it.
I would rather say that someone from the team doesn´t know all the implications the “limited selection of heroes” and “unlimited selection of enemies” poses.
Maybe should open it up for future use (and here) to be must use three nightmare or featured toons and can use two other of player choice.
Finally got passed stage 11 on to get destroyed by a Pegasus/baymax combination talk about a drag
I just don’t know why heroes that disk trillions of damage in a second (namely Baymax, Chip and Dale especially with Felix or any other SP buffer AND Pegasus who is another chapter alone).
About Pegasus - prime showcase of why Zeus was so high in use charts. I’d be stunned if Pegasus by now isn’t where Zeus was at the same time passed between introduction and current time.

Basically anyone trying to touch Dante will be dead immediately.
I recommend removing his disk and patch in Trials. Otherwise I guess people won’t be doing weekend trial much.
Or alternatively don’t make stats on disks and Red skills 1000x higher than base stats from badges
I mean they can double the base stats… but like adding 1000x more… really? How does that even make sense?
And if both RS and disk give stats then it will be + 2000 times base stats?
…just stop making the new heroes so ridiculously, unfairly over powered!
Or failing that, stop putting them in the trials where players have limited options!

Unfortunately, we do want these trials to be a challenge for players. In the past, we’ve gotten a lot of feedback that trials are too easy, and these trials are specifically meant as a challenge to players who want that extra difficulty. This doesn’t mean all trials will be this difficult, though!
But this is too hard, and patches 20 (talent 4) make many battles impossible to 3*.
Can you at least reduce disk level to 1, and patch to 15 on enemies?
1 more thing, how can players ever reach 3 star in trial with Fairy Godmother in enemy line??? There is no counter to her 4th talent, which is a divine K.O @TheGrillFather
