You seem to be forgetting that it is a gift. When you buy a present for someone do you expect the store to refund your money because the gift isn’t going to you?
Yeah… U know I forgot that (not really) the value it’s still bad in any way u try putting it. u are defending something that cannot be defended when the value it’s clearly BAD
Like I said Bye. I’m excluding my self from this conversation BYE.
I keep saying that it’s bad though. I’m not trying to praise PerBlue for the gift but rather I’m trying to remind you that the Guild Gifts are meant to be bought with others in mind rather than yourself.
Nevermind.
0.50 cents per chip is bad try to understand that.
I literally keep saying that it’s a bad deal. Get your head out of the grass and start reading like a normal human being.
Talking to you it’s like talking to a wall
I think that would be a mirror, mate. You’re the one not understanding while I’m trying to explain that I agree with you.
What would you consider a good price per chip?
Strange way of showing it. Maybe it’s they say u actually wrote it but… u are praising those chip deals.
u are praising those chip deals.
I’m literally not.
0.50 cents
You do realise that this means 1/2 of a cent don’t you ?
0.5 and 50 are vastly different numbers.
50 cents is 0.50 dollars not 0.50 cents .
On the contrary.
So, about 80 chips for $5 is a good deal, then.
Let’s say, out of a full guild, 8 members decide to buy a guild gift chip deal. They each spend $5, correct? And they each get 80 chips, correct? If they each wanted those chips, then that’s a good deal, correct? And, as a bonus, each of the other 42 members gets 80 chips, without having to spend anything. How is that not better than 8 people each buying 80 chips for $5?
Personally, I think a good price for hero chips is more like 1 cent per chip, or about 500 chips for $5. But I still think, for my guild, the guild gifts for hero chips are poor deals; not because of the number of chips given, but because most of those chips will never be used. If 50 people get 80 Mulan chips each, but only 25 ever develop Mulan, then the chips given to the other 25 people were pointless.
That’s why the 274 diamond crate guild gift deal was so terrific: just 274 diamond crates on their own would be worth a little over a dollar, but to give that many crates to everyone in the guild, when most of those crates would yield resources that everyone needs, was a tremendous bargain. If it was just 274 crates for myself, it wouldn’t have been worth anywhere near $5.

$5 for 80 chips it’s a way better value than $5 for 10 chips and that’s amazing but it’s not the case with the current deals.
If the current delas are those u are proposing then they are worth it.
You literally ignored everything I wrote and just repeated the same things you’ve been saying all along. Which I guess means you have no way to respond to it.
So you guys gonna keep talking about cents and dollars, or gonna get back on topic?
Ohhh I’ll have to repeat my self then:
$5 for 80 chips it’s a way better value than $5 for 10 chips and that’s amazing but it’s not the case with the current deals.
If the current deals are those u are proposing then they are worth it the player its getting value for their money and the guild its benefitin from it. U cannot look at the chip per value becouse everyone is getting them u need for look at them from the money the player is spending and the value he is reciving as well (even if it’s a gift.)
The value the player is paying per chip in the current deal is 10 chips for $5 = 50¢ (lemme use the ¢ to be clear and easy to understand)
With the deal u are proposing it’s 80 chips for $5= 6¢-7¢.
6¢ a chip It’s way better than 50¢ a chip. Paying 6¢ a chip wouls mean that the player its getting the right value for their money (comparing it to solo deals 6¢ its a good value) while also helping the guild out.
Now diamond crates… tricky one to measure (why? There are 3 different types of deals to buy these)
- The stamina and diamond deal crate it’s one that was implemented like 1 or 2 weeks ago. We would have to go and do the price per stamina bottle and then the price per diamond crates to find the value per crate.
2.the Diamond Crates solo deals that u can buy with $ are also Low on value when u try comparing them to the role/color crates were u can get almost double the amount of crates for $5.
- the diamond currency deal (the ones u buy with diamonds) most likely are 400 diamonds and that amount of diamonds for $ would be about $4 making 1 crate wort $4. (We know these delas are bad so let’s just scrap these and stick with the 2 reasons above.)
Reason 1 Stamina and diamond crates deals: doing it in a deal were it it’s 700 stamina and 300 (costum deal in reality it’s about 747 crates and 354 crates in it don’t @ on that) diamond crates it would be around 140 stamina and 60 diamond crates per dollar. In this deal the crate would be about 1¢ per crate.
Reason 2 diamon crates $ deals: these deals are mostly $9 deals and it’s about 800 to 1.2k crates (let’s go in betwen and do about 1000 crates.) Would be less than 1¢ a crate. When u compare this deal to another crates deal like a $5 role/color crate deal u can see that the diamond crates are still bad in value as u get more crates in the role/color crates for less money than the diamond crates.
The value of diamond crates in the guild gift is way worse than any $ deal related with diamond crates. But the player (that it’s paying) it’s getting way more value out of their money instead of the $5 10 chips deals.
The gifts need to be rebalanced and I think we can all agree on that.
The value for the money that the player that it’s paying is getting it’s to low. in every deals including guild gifts.
Maked my case, showed my opinion.
So you guys gonna keep talking about cents and dollars, or gonna get back on topic?
Ohhh we were on topic talking about the monetary value that the guild gift have. ¿care to read?
care to read?
Not really.
I did skim and I just see two people having a pointless argument about the difference of $.50 and .5 cents. This page is about what PB plans to do with the game in the next few months and to celebrate what they’ve done in the past few months.
Welp I’ve got better things to do than get pulled into an off topic argument. I just call it as I see it and I saw a lot of nonsense going on there. Anyway, goodnight.
10 chips for $5= 2 chips $1 that would be 0.50 cents per hero chip.
Why is so hard to understand that you buy 10 chips for each and every single member of your guild? Hence you buy up to 500 chips for $5. That’s why is called guild crates. It is a team thing. Do the math, and teach us.
Depends on the star mulan was if It was at 1 star or 2 it would’ve been about $40 to $50. Sooooo still bad.
No one paid $40 nor $50, almost half paid $5 and all of us received the same amount of chips. Yet, those that bought it also received diamonds and rings.
