That’s just stupid… But for F2P it’s not easy without having a built Mulan… You almost have to have her… 
I’ve got her too… Impossible without her…
But my Arena Line-Up isn’t that different… Timon and Pumbaa, Meg, Bo Peep, Mulan, Minnie Mouse…
This is my point entirely. If some genuine effort was put into keeping a decent balance between characters rather than just constantly releasing a new one that can single handedly destroy everyone else, regardless of power etc (and then release another character who is just as bad, with the sole intention of being able to beat the last overpowered character) then people would actually feel like they have some choice in their PvP teams.
As it is, with virtually everyone relying on the same small handful of characters the game is quite frankly boring.

Just looked at top Arena players S21… Not a lot of Mulans but Rapunzel, Timon and Hades everywhere…
And: almost everywhere: a Mad Hatter!
They’re smart. He can counter Max and Barbossa combos

But: I surprisingly beat this META Team! 
All teams in my Arena look kinda like this: Pooh, Minnie, Powerline, Kristoff, Mulan…
Okay… Maybe I should go on Levelling him… 
He needs his red skill though, otherwise he’s practically useless for arena.

The reason so many people are using Hades has nothing to do with his power. He isn’t difficult to beat at all.
But because of his revive and invincibility it is literally impossible to beat him quickly. He is in so many arena defenses because it’s a sure fire way of stopping people earning quick win bonuses against you.

Sorry to keep labouring this point. I just took a look through the top 100 arena defenses on my server (5).
Right now, 80 of them contain Mulan and 68 contain Timon & Pumbaa.
36/50 members of the most powerful guild on the server have Mulan in their defense.

I’m an outsider with a Meg-Bo Peep Combo…
Just to be clear, my main issue isn’t with Mulan (although I seriously hate her).
It’s the fact that Perblue insist on sticking with the same old tired model of roping in whales with ridiculous characters who are way too powerful and don’t have any real weaknesses. It has made all the older characters completely redundant and led to what we see now in all the PvP modes.

Yes. Unfortunately it is like you said. There is about one character to counter Mulan: Mulan. (Yes, you can counter her with other characters… But it’s not easy)
I mean… Mulan isn’t even that much of an issue at this point, if you have T&P built or Shank’s red skill they work well against her, Goliath too (tho he needs to be maxed), and you can still hope for her to be disabled.
Though I see your point, some new heroes just immediately dominate, now it’s Maximus, Pleakley and Cheshire’s turn
