Steve and Blue (Unlikely Hero Concept)

Name: Steve and Blue
Source: Blue’s Clues (1996-2006)
Role: Frontline Support
Quote: “We’ve just figured out Blue’s Clues!”
Stars: :eight_pointed_black_star::eight_pointed_black_star:
Trials Team: Blue (obviously)
Description: “These two freelance detectives collect Clues to heal their allies.”

Entrance: A picture frame glitches into existence. Steve and Blue skidoo out of it, and it disappears.
Basic Attack: Blue smacks an enemy with one of her ears.
Victory: Steve’s thinking chair appears behind him and he sits onto it. Blue then climbs onto his shoulder and they both smile.
Defeat: Steve is knocked backwards, and he starts backing away from the enemy team. Meanwhile, Blue whimpers, concerned for her partner’s safety.

White Skill: Handy Dandy Notebook
Steve writes down an enemy’s attack onto his Handy Dandy Notebook, studying them for L seconds.

Green Skill: Blue’s Clues
Whenever Steve and Blue use “Handy Dandy Notebook”, they gain one stack of Clue. When Steve and Blue have 3 stacks of Clues, they figure out Blue’s Clues, healing all their allies by X HP.

Blue Skill: Mail Time - Fantastic Damage
Mailbox stretches into battle every 10 seconds, dealing X damage to any enemy he hits. He then gives Steve a letter that grants him Attack Up for 2 seconds.

Purple Skill: It Never Fails
Steve and Blue are immune to all forms of damage while Mailbox is on-screen.

Red Skill: Blue Skidoo
For the first L seconds of the wave, Steve and Blue’s allies gain Precise.

Friendships (once again, you write them!)
Chip and Dale
Carl

Sigh… normally, I would just ignore these concepts, but I can’t stand seeing Steve and Blue being mistreated this way…

That’s… not a lot for a White Skill. Barbossa’s White Skill at least gives him an Attack Speed boost alongside Studying enemies.

Also, time values are supposed to be set numbers, not variables.

This sounds like it should be a passive effect in the White Skill instead of a Green Skill. This is also a bit weak for a Green Skill.

… What is “Attack Up”? Basic Damage? Attack Speed?

Also, 2 seconds is way too short of a duration for a buff.

… How long is Mailbox on the screen for, then? You never specified him staying on the screen for any specific amount of time in the Blue Skill aside from him handing Steve a letter. Also, this sounds way too strong, regardless of how long Mailbox is actually on the screen for.

Again, time values should be set numbers, not variables. Also, Red Skills usually have multiple effects to them and you’re missing the 3 stat boosts.

No. No, no, no. You should already have the friendship disk effects established yourself instead of leaving them up to others.
