He is in severs 1-17 so i think your server will get him in a near future

Stitch will be on your server soon. Just wait a bit more. I use stitch all the time and he’s great!

I have server 19? What does it mean?
This game has many servers (probably to accommodate more players) and the earlier servers get the new stuff first so I think on your server Stitch will be available in some time 
I don’t know exactly when since I don’t really keep up with what goes on on other servers xd
