PB added a feature where you can try the new heroes in its maxed state in a spar. So in reality, that player doesn’t own Bo Peep and Merlin-they were just testers.

Just find any team in any chat, global, guild, whatever, but not your team. The sparring button will be on the right.
This option can’t uses anymore from this update, you need to wait for next…
