It would be nice to have some additional guild ranks that award status for members who have been around for a long time, but not additional power. We have some young players who keep asking to be made officers. I’d love to reward their loyalty and enthusiasm, but don’t want to give the power to kick players from the guild to members on the shy side of puberty.

They already are. I’d like something that sounds more important, but doesn’t have the ability to kick members or delete the guild.
