I’m trying to make a DHBM fanart but all the photo editing sites I’ve tried using suck. I’d appreciate if anybody who knows any good photo editing sites could share them with me. I need one that’s free, not laggy, and one that will allow me to add in as many sprites as i want. Thanks

It’s best if maybe you can use photoshop or adobe illustrator?
