Yeah we knew about them since the cover art had them.

I heard that all the characters are already unlocked when you start the game and that’s kind of a deal breaker for me. Part of the fun of games for me is unlocking things. I will wait for a price drop or potentially not get it at all. It really depends on what the game has to offer. If it’s main objective is online competitive battles then it’ll be a skip for me. Which is sad since I was really looking forward to it.

So the base starting roster leaked. The last four characters are revealed. The game will only start with 20 characters and 2 more free characters will come after the release. I believe DLC is planned.

I really thought Gir was a part of Zim’s moveset.

So far, catdog, April o Neil, and ren and stimpy were confirmed from box art leak. I heard the game is getting DLC and voice overs.
Edit: about gir… you can see gir next to zim in the first trailer.

Basically. It is for anyone interested in keeping up with leaks. They were never officially announced and technically still aren’t lol. But most everyone with even the slightest interest in the game has heard about them being in.

Yeah, that’s why I assumed Gir was a part of his moveset. And I was correct. I foolishly assumed the 20 characters in that picture were the 20 base roster characters. However, I completely forgot Nigel existed and he is not in that photo. So when I counted 20 in the picture, I immediately concluded “This is it. This is the roster.” Without actually thinking.
