So which DLC character in NASB do you like the most? They are both good, but I like Garfield.

Smash may be over, but Nintendo announce a direct tomorrow! Hoping for Mario kart 9. Rumors stated that the next mario kart is like the smash bros of Mario kart.
That sounds too good to be true. But it’d be great.
My biggest hope for Mario Kart 9 is the return of unlockables. 8 Deluxe had all the characters unlocked which is boring to me. Part of the fun of the kart games was unlocking all the characters.
Mario Kart Tour has a lot of cool costumes that I would love to see implemented into 9. Maybe have mastery levels for characters. The more you race with that character the more costumes you unlock for them. Or kart parts that are themed towards them.
Instead of mastery levels maybe have specific quests for each character. “Get 1st place as Mario [number] times” for a costume for him.
Stuff like that would really get me to play the game more. I didn’t beat all the cups in 8 Deluxe because I didn’t really have a reason to.
I heard there’s gonna be Xenoblade Chronicles 3 in fact I just saw the trailer it comes out September this year

I saw it. Disney made a Mario kart rip off. I thought Mario kart 9 happened. Now mario kart 8 deluxe has DLC. The game is still alive after 5 years!
I’m not buying the DLC for 8. If it added more characters then maybe. Just adding new tracks is kinda lame. But it makes sense. They’re not going to make 9 any time soon. 8 Deluxe is the top selling Switch game and it continues to make them money. They have no reason to abandon it yet.
But I am more interested in the Disney racing game. And it is going to have updates similar to CTR. Which what I wanted for the future MK9.
If Disney made a Mario kart rip off, then they will make a smash bros rip off.

I just saw that trailer and y’all right it is a rip off and they just made Nickelodeon all star Brawl and conformed Multi Verse which I thought was Fortnite when I first saw the poster
I don’t think ripoff is the correct term for this lol. The character mechanics are actually different from Mario Kart. I’m pretty excited to try Speedstorm.
