Hi there @polaris i would like to report that our surge is bugged, let me explain: we are on server5, n1 guild 197M total power and no member under 2,5M, so usually in our surge highest zones have 415/420k power and the lowest ones have 300+; in the last 2 weeks we got 3 bugged surge:
1st time all 27 zones for all 20waves had power 40-50k. I did my 10zones in surge with 10heroes and 1 merc since any single hero (even yax) was able to clear any zone
2nd time zones 1-4 had almost regular power (a little low) and zones 5-27 were all 40-50k
3rd today has zones 1-6 with power and all others with 40-50
I reported that each time and get these answers:
1st “we will investigate”
2nd “no answer”
3rd “surge isnt bugged it is based on all members of guild so you may have some low level zones”
I got the third answer just few minutes ago… i thought that when support answer also check what thay are saying… i mean in a top guild with almost 200M i dont think we can get so easy zones (50k) not even in the lowest one…and for sure not in 20 zones… this problem is irritating us cause yeah, we close surge playing blindofld but no one gets gold and no one hire mercs… we need this problem to be fixed. We lost 3 surge in 2 weeks. Thats enough…
