I feel like surge rewards should scale with difficulty. Right now, you get an extra 5k influence for completing surge regardless of difficulty but, but, … hard is so much, well, harder than easy. Shouldn’t a guild that beats 8 waves have a better reward than one that only beats 3?
I also feel like there should be rewards as waves are completed, with that reward growing as you get deeper. I’m thinking along the lines of how city watch is implemented.
