Red Skill: Steel Tools.
Tails blue skill deals 65% more damage and stuns enemies for Y seconds.
-Attack increases by 45% for 10 seconds.
-Speed increases by 65% for 15 seconds.

White Skill deals X% more damage and stuns Y% more seconds.
