Tank it away challenge not counting my all tank hero wins in campaign. I tried in chapter 11, not working and now I just opened chapter 12, used max, slinky, Olaf, heig and Pooh. Won 12-1 and the counter is still 0.

I think it will only work in the newest chapter in your server, not the newest chapter you have unlocked. So if you’re in server 22, the newest chapter is chapter 24 which was released in early November.
However, I might be wrong, just to make sure, ask around in your guild whether they can complete the challenge, or ask the in-game support.

I think indeed this is how it was meant to work, because simular challenges worked this way before.

Chapter 24 is at team level 145, so I think quite a lot. And the problem is that very soon chapter 25 (for lvl 150) will be dropped with the next cap raise.
So if you’re at chapter 12 now, I would advice to just forget about these kinds of challenges
