So I know Tarzan heroes are not coming to the game because of licensing issues… but is Terk (baby gorilla) part of the original story (non-Disney) and IF disney made * would they be able to add him?
Terk is a she. I am going to assume that nothing from that film can come into the game.

Yeah, when I hadn’t seen the movie yett I always had this wrong as well. Always thoughy she was a boy 
But to come to the business: licensing problems probably apply to the whole IP/Franchise…
You do know Terk is a girl.
That is what I mean.
Terk is voiced by a female actor.
