I dont remember the last time a character has been nerfed. Dont count on them getting nerfed.
Characters haven’t had a hard nerf in ages, you’re right there…but… characters get a soft nerf all the time. This is done through badges. Some badges are better than others and through badge allocation that some characters receive more or less stats than other characters
