Team Level Reset to 1

I opened my game just now and noticed my TL suddenly became 1 (althoigh it says Max Level). A few minutes back it was normal. Kindly restore my original team level. Thank you

We have our teams and inventories intact, but cannot access any of the game modes. Even campaign has a lock and says “coming soon!” When you click on Chapter 1

I’ve been reset to level 1 from 121, can’t access anything except the market. I’m on server 11.

I checked the servers. I think it’s only S9-12. The other servers don’t seem to be affected.
