With Halloween being right around the corner, here is a particularly scary concept - The Scarecrow, from DC Comics!

Professor Jonathon Crane became interested in the human experience of fear at a young age, which eventually grew into a deadly obsession. He uses his poisonous fear gas to use his enemies worst fears against them.

Skillset
Basic Attack: Scarecrow slashes the enemy with a scythe.
White Skill, Fear Toxin
Passive: Scarecrow is immune to crits. Every time Scarecrow performs a basic attack, he gains “Scared” Debuff. Scarecrow can stack Scared up to ten times, with each stack providing him with a 3% chance to dodge attacks.

Active: Scarecrow releases a cloud of fear gas upon his enemies, Scaring all enemies for eight seconds, and stunning all enemies who are already Scared for seven seconds.
Green Skill, Toxic Counter
Scarecrow dodges an attack and blasts the closest enemy in the face with a burst of fear gas, Scaring them for eight seconds seconds and dealing B (Fantastic) Damage.
Blue Skill, Concentrated Dose
Every 3 Basic Attacks, Scarecrow releases fear toxin when swinging his scythe, Scaring all enemies in an area for five seconds and knocking them back.
Purple Skill, Master of Fear
Scared enemies can not gain any active buffs while Scared. Scarecrow gains a 3% chance to dodge attacks for every buff that fails to apply to a Scared enemy. This caps at 30%.
Friendships
Jack Skellington, Nightmare Fuel
+X Skill Power
+Scared enemies gain 7% less energy. +7% per star.
+The cooldown for Toxic Counter is reduced.
Randall Boggs, Stealth Operation
+X HP gained every time Scarecrow scares an enemy.
+Scarecrow gains +5% attack speed every 8th attack he dodges. -1 dodge per star.
