The barker bird was originally in Disneyland greeting guests in adventure land
In Walt Disney world the bird was originally near the end of pirates of the Caribbean on the bridge here is what he looked like

Disneyland’s bird was removed, and I don’t currently know the location of the bird or the current state
In Disney world the bird was moved outside and does a dance and sings. The bird was moved back into the ride. I think they took the pirate hat, peg leg, and tattoo on his chest off. I believe the bird is either in the room with jack and the treasure or still on the bridge
