Bubble Explosion

The Bubbler throws explosive bubbles to enemies, dealing X damage overtime for 8 seconds and stunning the enemy with the most Energy for 7 seconds.
Bubbly Trap
The Bubbler traps 2 enemies with the most HP in a bubble, granting them both with 2 stacks of Fatigue and silencing them for 10 seconds.
The silence has a chance to fail against enemies above level Y.
Bubble Barrier
The Bubbler shields himself and the ally with the least HP, granting them a shield with Z HP that lasts for 6.5 seconds and healing them with Z HP overtime for 5 seconds.
Childlike Strategy
Allies who have been shielded by “Bubble Barrier” will recieve 100 Energy every time they are attacked by Damage and Control role enemies.
Excitingly Fun
“Bubble Explosion” now steals Z HP from the enemy with the most skill power, healing himself and the ally with the least armor with Z HP. The skill power of the enemy with the most Energy is decreased by 60% for 20 seconds when they are trapped by “Bubbly Trap”.
