The Equilateral Entity

Hello! Welcome to version 3 of my Bill Cipher concept!

You might not be wondering “Why is he doing Bill Cipher again?”. Well the answer is… because I can! Also because it’s my birthday. But meh.

Bill Cipher

“I think I know a guy!”

An entity from a flat dimension, Bill Cipher brings chaos to the battlefield, petrifying enemies and possessing them.

Trial Team: Blue

Position: Back

Role: Control

Stars: :star::star:

Entrance: An eye floats above Bill’s position. Then, some shapes gather around, creating Bill Cipher

Victory: Bill tips his hat

K.O.: Bill attempts to use his powers, failing. Then, he holds on to his head and disappears

Basic Attack: Bill shoots a laser at an enemy with his finger, dealing Y damage

White Skill: It’s A Deal
Passive: At the beginning of every wave, Bill applies “Consent” to the enemy with the most skill power. If the selected enemy is defeated, “Consent” jumps to the enemy with the most skill power.

Active: Bill sticks his hand out and lights it on fire, leaving his body and petrifying himself until he runs out of energy. While Bill is petrified, Bill possesses the enemy with “Consent”. The possessed enemy is charmed, and gains Z Skill Power.

This skill may not be affected by Hardy or Fatigue. This includes the passive.

Green Skill: Bat An Eye
Every 7 seconds, an eye-bat flies over the battlefield, shining a red light onto the ground. When the lights hits the frontmost enemy, the enemy is petrified for 6 seconds and carried to the back of the battlefield by the eye-bat.

Whenever Bill or an enemy is petrified, Bill gains Z Skill Power and his disables last 10% longer

Petrification may fail against enemies above level Z.

Blue Skill: Demonic Slam
:sparkles: Fantastic Damage
Bill enlarges his fist and adjusts his bowtie. Then, he slams his fist onto the ground, dealing X damage to enemies in an area and stunning them for 8 seconds.

Purple Skill: Tick Tock
Every 4th basic attack, Bill instead takes out a clock, petrifying the enemy with the most basic damage and slowing the attack speed and movement speed of 2 random enemies by 60% for 6 seconds.

Petrification fails if the enemy is above level Z.

Red Skill: Reigning Supreme
If the enemy damaged by Bill’s basic attack is petrified, they are also knocked back for a small distance.

When Bill possesses an enemy with “It’s A Deal”, he cleanses them of all disables and debuffs. He also grants them 50% of his Basic Damage and Skill Power while they’re possessed.

Additional Stat Boosts:
+Z Basic Damage
+Z Skill Power
+Z Damage to Tank role enemies with “Demonic Slam”

X = Skill Power; Y = Basic Damage; Z = Level Cap

Bill Cipher - Hades
Deals and Contracts
More Defense When Petrified
Allies: Colette, Anger, The Evil Queen

  • +Z Armor
  • +Z Reality
  • Bill gains 20% more armor and reality while he is petrified with “It’s A Deal”

  • Petrified enemies may take 1.5% of their Max HP as fantastic damage from each of Bill’s basic attacks

Hope you liked it!
