Recently, I was trying to get to a free parking spot in a market but because of a coming car from the opposite side I had to stop the car to let him pass through and unfortunately the car behind it took the open parking spot! During office lunch, me and my colleagues usually can’t choose which place to go to eat. So I suggested if we could make a list of nearby food places (that are reasonably priced) and put it in a small container… we’ll then draw 2-3 every time and vote from those on where we would eat, majority wins, in case of tie, we flip a coin, lol

In my first job, the management there keeps pushing us to accomplish more by setting up higher targets every week! Up to the point that we can no longer meet it as a group, some other’s work resulted in poor output because of it and we had a higher failing rate in QA, lol… I guess the management felt it and stopped increasing the target but they didn’t lower it anyway… left the company after awhile
