If you haven’t read any previous Bill Cipher concepts, is that this isn’t possible without Bill shaking the person’s hand physically. And have you ever thought of how PB would have to go through every single hero and creep (except Mages, they don’t have eyes) only to give them yellow eyes? Also, the charm is too long
