Why is the Mayor broken??? He doesn’t do anything. I buffed him to max but he is broken and doesn’t do damage??? COME ON I just spent big money on this guys didn’t anyone test him out before release???

He isn’t supposed to deal damage… he is a support.

Obviously @Doom_Bunny you did not read his skills. He won’t deal damage until after he is below half HP.
So he might even die without dealing any damage…
