The Mayor of Halloween Town

Aaaaand it’s Halloween.

Here’s a concept of the character I want to come into the game the most from the TNBC franchise: the Mayor!

I’ve been wanting to do a concept on him in a while, and I was finally able to do it :grinning:


The Mayor



“Jack, please! I’m only an elected official here, I can’t make decisions by myself!”


The Mayor of Halloween Town supports allies on the battlefield, helping them attack with more ease.

ANIMATIONS

Entrance: The Mayor walks into the battlefield, holding a bunch of rolled-up blueprints in his arm.

Victory: The Mayor chuckles

K.O.: The Mayor’s face turns around, and then he falls backwards


Basic Attack: The Mayor throws a blueprint at an enemy, dealing Y damage


SKILLS

White Skill: Town Meeting
:sparkles: Fantastic Damage
Passive: The Mayor’s basic attacks deal Fantastic Damage. Allies near the enemy damaged with his basic attack gain Z Basic Damage for 7 seconds.

Active: The Mayor yells into his megaphone, silencing enemies for 9 seconds and summoning his vehicle, which drives across the battlefield, dealing X damage to enemies and knocking them back.

Green Skill: Running Mate
At the beginning of every wave, the Mayor marks the ally with the most basic damage by waving at them, granting them Z Basic Damage for the rest of the wave.

Allies with a Basic Damage buff gain 25% attack speed.

Attack speed may fail against allies above level Z.

Blue Skill: Presenting Details
The Mayor shouts and presents a blueprint to his allies, cleansing them of the 3 longest lasting debuffs. The Mayor cleanses all debuffs from the marked ally.

The Mayor gains 40 energy whenever a debuff is cleansed.

Debuff cleanse may fail against allies above level Z.

Purple Skill: An Elected Official
The Mayor is now immune to debuffs.

Allies gain Z Basic Damage every time they silence an enemy.

Debuff immunity may fail against debuffs from enemies above level Z.

Red Skill: How Wonderful
:sparkles: Fantastic Damage
When the Mayor performs “Presenting Details”, allies’ next basic attack apply a damage over time effect that deals X damage over 3 seconds and silences enemies for 4 seconds. If an ally’s basic attack misses or doesn’t directly damage, enemies near the ally are dealt X damage and are silenced for 6 seconds instead.

Silence on basic attack may fail on enemies above level Z.

+Z Damage to “Town Meeting”

X = Skill Power; Y = Basic Damage; Z = Level Cap

  • Silenced enemies lose Z Reality
  • Allies’ basic attacks now deal Z bonus Fantastic damage
  • Allies deal 15% more damage to silenced enemies
  • Silences from any source have a 50% (+10% per star) chance to scare enemies for 2 seconds

Why is this marked as fantastic damage if this doesn’t deal damage to an enemy?
