The Mayor can only heal when he is happy and he can only scare when he is worried and he is happy when he has more than 50% of his max HP and he is worried when he has less than 50% of his HP. Shouldn’t he be able to heal when he has less than 50% HP and be able to scare when has more than 50% HP?
Considering that he’s a backline hero, most of the time, he will be the last hero or 2nd to last hero to be KO’d. So when he is finally able to heal, most of his allies will already be KO’d. It’s backwards to be able to heal when no one needs a heal and be able to scare when allies are struggling for HP.
