They are good questions. It’s possibly due to it not being needed as we have Game Chat. It seems like there hasn’t been a post there since May.

I can’t find general chat so that category has some mystery behind it
General Chat can be seen only from smartphones. With PC, pad, or tablet you can’t find it.
The admin knows it of course and he/she told me that don’t use General Chat (because you can post a reply to the existing topics in General Chat).
