I can’t observe this thing so I’m asking for help, people. Okay, so here we go…

Let’s say I have both Mickey and Jack Sparrow in a team. I pressed Jack’s white skill. Then I pressed Mickey’s white skill on Jack’s first cannon fire.

The question is… will the Tooned Up be applied on the succeeding cannons of Jack’s white skill or the Tooned Up won’t apply since I pressed Jack’s white skill first before it?

From my experience, it will work on the succeeding cannonballs.

Yep. As long as the other heroes have “Tooned Up,” they’ll do the 50% more damage.
