For those who didn’t see Walter Beckett, I’m doing each Spies in Disguise character for its one year anniversary. So first was Walter. Now the second Hero I’m showing off is Marcy Kappel, an Internal Affairs agent who also has two others paired up with her, but more on them later. She’s determined when it comes to tracking down any outlaws, which is something I tried to transplant into her skillset. So…here she is!
Name: Marcy Kappel
Description: The no-nonsense head of Internal Affairs, Marcy’s always on the hunt for Spied and disabled enemies.
Quote: “Okay, so, just to be clear… there’s a man with a robot hand and Lance’s face who took the M-9 Assassin. We all feel good about that? Okay, case closed. Let’s go home.”

Entrance: Runs into the frontline, arming her hand blaster

White Skill: Spy-Based Weaponry
Normal Damage
Marcy rapidly fires her blaster, dealing damage to the closest enemy and shedding X reality. She then gains 10% Attack and Movement Speed for 10 seconds.
Green Skill: Time for a Cattle Drive!
Normal Damage
At the start of each wave, Marcy rides her van through the battlefield, dealing damage to each enemy and knocking them back.
Blue Skill: Kaliedoscope
Marcy throws a Kaleidoscope grenade at the closest enemy. When it detonates, it blinds them and slows their movement speed by 10% for 6 seconds. The blind has a chance to fail against enemies over Level X.
Purple Skill: Always Prepared
Whenever a disabled enemy is defeated, Marcy gains 10% Attack and Movement Speed until the end of the wave. If that enemy has stacks of Spied, she also gains 5% Attack for the rest of the battle.
Red Skill: Trained Reflexes
Marcy now applies Reflect to herself for 10 seconds at the start of each wave. Heroes with Reflect return a percent of damage dealt to them back at the enemy who dealt the damage.
She also heals for 10% Max Health whenever she attacks a disabled enemy or one with stacks of Spied.

Description: Marcy finds a strange bug in the alleyways of the City. At first, she paid no mind, but they kept on coming. She learns from Calhoun that these are Cybugs and they’re multiplying somehow. The two team up to find out why.
