It’s 2020! The new decade has begun! I’ll start it with a crazy concept of everyone’s favorite H2O!
Damage, , Backline
Basic attack: The water in the bucket splashes on an enemy.
White: Refreshing splash
The bucket of water falls over and water splashes through the battlefield healing allies X hp and slowing enemies by 25% for 9 seconds.
Green: States of matter
Whenever Water is burned it releases steam which blinds enemies for 6 seconds and whenever it is frozen it becomes ice and gains X armor and Y reality for the freeze duration.
Blue: 70% of the body (Fantastic damage)
Water pulls all of the water out of the enemies’ bodies sapping them for 7 seconds and deals X damage.
Sapping has a chance to fail against enemies above level X
Purple: Hydrogen and oxygen
Whenever Water or his allies disables an enemy, Water gains 1 stack of hardy and X skill power.
Red: Seven seas
Water deals 30% more damage to disabled enemies. This increases by 5% whenever an enemy is disabled.
Frozone, Water in the air - More accurate attacks
Water’s attacks can’t be dodged, missed and disables can’t be ignored
8% conservation per star
X armor per level
Stitch, Catching waves - Stronger basic attacks
Water’s basic attack deals 20% of the damage to nearby enemies and silences enemies for 0.5 seconds per star
X basic damage after every 2nd basic attack per level
