Does the Thief gain Second Wind even outside the Heist? Because I’ve been seeing the Thief healing without any healers around.
Even worse than that, I have seen the thief gain their second wind 4 or 5 times in a single fight.
Yes, in very hard heists she heals herself.
Outside the Heist, the Thief will use Second Wind at Purple +3 or higher rarity.

No, it should only happen once: “This passive skill allows the Thief to regenerate HP once per fight when her HP drops low enough”
The thief can heal herself?, never knew that.
You really do learn something new everyday 
Thanks for the reply Polaris. I’m certain I’ve seen it trigger multiple times in a single fight. Next time it happens I will send it to support.
