The Update 1.16. destroys promotion structure of many guilds

With the Update 1.16. it was add this “fix”: Tacticians now have access to Guild Officer chat. But this destroys the complete promotion structure of hundreds or thousands of guilds.

So please let the guild masters decide themselves from which rank they allow to read and write in the officer chat or remove this one bug.

I think its not good that Tacticians can read the officer Chat.
They have only something do to with Guild War, and in this Chat they can write.
But it called Officer Chat, so its strange someone, who is less than an Officer can read this chat.
