I agree Bogo disk makes Judy tank type.
But it is better to use other Tank characters or Damage characters with Megara
Judy is not that great of a hero but people are using her in challenger with her bogo disk (maxed) just soo the opponent does not get the extra point for defeat8ng the enemy in 10 seconds.
In general she is really bad.

Invincibility heroes are useful in challengers, it prevents opponent from getting quick fight points.
Judy doesnât have much of use anywhere else (just friendships if so).

Of all the characters in the game, Judy is sadly the worst one. Iâm mean her fully upgraded Chief Bogo friendship disk letâs her revive with 8 seconds of immunity.
Gaston can do the same with no disk at all!
And those two second inspirations? I mean come on, thatâs useless.
As one of Disneyâs best original characters, she deserves better.
