Tia Dalma -> Yax friendship campaign bug

I am working on the Tia Dalma/Yax friendship campaign and chapter 1 fight 5 is impossible due to a bug.

Tia Dalma is no longer able to do normal type damage outside of the first attack in a wave, which is fine if not for the fact that Yax is unable to connect with his basic attacks on the enemies immune to fantastic. For an entire minute plus, every single basic attack from Yax will say “miss” and I will time out of the fight. Any reason for this?

That video also shows that Tia needs longer cooldowns on her skills, she only does her basic attack one time.
