Skills:
White Skill: HR Rep
Passive: Toby’s basic attacks apply a stack of ‘Complaint’ to the enemy. Each stack increases the damage they receive by 2%. Enemies can have up to 10 stacks of ‘Complaint’.
Active: Toby files all of the complaints slowing all enemies by 25% for 18 seconds. Additionally, Toby reduces the enemies’ skill power by X per stack of ‘Complaint’ for 9 seconds. This resets the stacks of ‘Complaint’
Green Skill: Does Anyone Have a Camera Here?
Fantastic Damage
Toby shouts to the enemy team to see if any of them have a camera. The noise deals X damage to all enemies and silences them for 5 seconds.
Blue Skill: Radon Test Kit
Toby places a Radon Test Kit near the enemy frontline causing nearby enemies to have their armour reduced by X and their attack speed to be reduced by 50% for 5 seconds.
Purple Skill: Conflict Resolution
Enemies with at least one stack of ‘Complaint’ have their tenacity reduced by 80.
This has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
Red Skill: Filing Cabinet
Toby applies 5 stacks of ‘Complaint’ to the frontmost enemy at the start of each wave.
Whenever Toby uses HR Rep he applies 1 stack of ‘Fatigue’ to all enemies.
The stacks of ‘Fatigue’ have a chance to fail on enemies above level X.
