Top 10 Guild Chat?

Top 10 Guild Chat
Was wondering if there has been any possible discussion about adding a separate chat in addition to Global, Guild and VIP for the members of the top guilds?

I was discussing with members of my guild and members of our server and we would really appreciate a chat exclusively for the members of the top 10 guilds as this would provide a forum for the elite and competitive players to discuss the game together. Recently VIP Chat has significantly depreciated into a negative forum rife with gossip, hearsay, libel and spam. A top 10 guild chat would also provide a great incentive for guilds to reach top 10 status.

This game is at its best when respectful individuals and guilds can come together to strategize and have fun collaborating while playing this game that we all enjoy and are passionate about.

I am hesitant of the success rate of this
But sure i would like a healthy competitive space and so the top guilds enter a circle of friendships rather than drama

I think chat in general needs to be regulated more and changed. Bad things have happened when there are literally kids on there, even if there is an age limit you still get kids under it.
