It seems that the top prize wall has been changed in the last few hours for 5k rewards instead of 3k.
Pretty good news for those who reached it at this moment.
But what about all players that reached the top prize days before ?
It looks unfair that we had only 3k… Especially during a FTN contest.
We should be granted at least the 2k lost as we deserved it and for the contest… It’s too late now, i’ll stay for the first Time below top 1%…
Is this true @Loutre? I didn’t work on Namaari so it didn’t affect me but what’s about others???
Isn’t this some kind of fraud???

Well, all the diamond rewards for completing prize wall quests before the final one were also removed at that same time. So people who waited until the last day were denied all those diamonds, and only had the 5k top prize available.
Speaking as one of the people who waited until the last day, I’m not complaining, just giving more information on the topic.
No i totally disagree. If you just had one hero quest remaining you had 2k more diamonds.
I did it with my alt on s1 because i couldn’t before.
But on my main i had less diamonds than if i just waited last moments.
That’s a fact and that’s totally unfair.
Anyway i just ask to have the extra 2k for players that reached top prize before the raise…
We shouldn’t have to ask…

I personnally didn’t take screenshots because i initially thought that server 1 was just luckier than other servers.
But there’s one of a mate that didn’t reach it and saw the difference
We show the the change happened around noon at 4/19 and are now just checking if there is a difference in diamonds and if a comp is necessary. If you had gotten both rewards before this change it would have been 6k Diamonds so you may have 1k more than the one’s getting the 5k overall.
Edit: We’ll be looking at who didn’t get the 6k total and sending out the even amount of diamonds for any of the one’s getting only the 5k are evened out.
The screen shot you provided shows that the diamond rewards for hero quests were removed, with only the 5k diamonds for completing all quests remaining. Anyone who completed all the quests before the change, or who completed just the first few, got fewer diamonds; anyone who completed nearly all the quests before the change but waited until the last day to complete the last one or two got more.
I’m curious as to what caused the prize wall rewards to change in the middle of a running prize wall, just as I’m curious as to what caused the challenger scoring to change in the middle of the fourth week; it’s odd to see two unexpected changes like this happening within the same month.
They were supposed to be changed for the Namari prize wall and didn’t go through. Best guess is that they fixed the issue and implemented it too soon (the 4/19 patch) for the next prize wall
Yes, it looks like the changes were accidentally made with the last sync.
Did we need to make tickets to support or would your data analyste be able to make the good data extractions ? 
We already sent out the 1k diamonds to the players.
What server? S14 included? I believe i didn’t receive 3k to be 6k. because we got only 3k from wall

Completed the Namaari prize wall quests on day 2-3 so this would have affected me

The data extraction should be wrong.
The only players eligible for the extra 1k Diamonds were the players who did NOT get the first 3k Diamonds and only got the 5k Diamonds from the change.
If you completed the quests BEFORE April 19th then you were not eligible for the extra 1k Diamonds. This was ONLY the players who ONLY got the 5k Diamonds AFTER the April 19th change.
If you completed the quests BEFORE April 19th then your total Diamonds collected was actually 6k.
Well form my understanding after reading this thread and the opening post people who finished the quests early were the ones who missed out ?
It just seems that way if you look at the 3k vs 5k, but actually the players who received the 5k missed out on an extra 1k that the other players received so only the one’s that finished AFTER April 19th were eligible for extra diamonds.
this is true, but then those players missed out on PW tokens and thus additional rewards that the players who did the quests after the change would’ve received - quite a lot, actually!
