I noticed this a couple of times in heist.
Two heroes are able to guard the same gem.

Two players clicked for a hero to guard at the same time.
One time this happened on my game when someone was guarding the diamond then my hero caught the thief right near the diamond and after the fight my hero was guarding the diamond. I thought maybe the other person had taken their hero off but nope. Right at the end I realized we were both on it
also happens if the hero on the gem guarding it is KO after a fight that you win. another hero can come defend while one is ko. when the KO hero revives they are both on the gem

Another time it happened to before,my Miguel and zurg were both diving for the chipped stein.
