I have noticed after the update if I click to change the Trials level to higher it doesn’t show higher levels only my current level I’m at the highest level with no way to increase to next higher teir.

Could this have something to do with it?
If your server doesn’t have the same Max TL as Server 1 then you won’t have access to the higher difficulties unless you previously cleared them.

It probably is like Slinky stated. If you are on server 21, this is just what you have to deal with. It is very bad, but it happened

I disagree, it is not bad - It is terrible.
This is one of the worst things they could be doing at a time where players are leaving because resources are scarce. This is honestly a slap in the face to every player and it just shows again that there is only one thing important in this game, and it is not the players.

What made the game tolerable for 21-25 was nerfed.
Well… time to come to Server 1 everyone!
That was like been that since… always.
There was at least a small reason for being there to get some bits needed ahead of their rank.
Now, it just sucks. And those that have Cursed diff. unlocked (like me) will still only have badges for 7 ranks ahead at this time. And max of only 3 ranks ahead.
