Hi I got chat banned for putting hahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahaaha, surely it’s unfair to ban someone for laughing, what’s worse is iv been banned for 24 hours for it what a joke Perblue! IV tried asking about how the ban is fair and so far have been ignored

If that’s truly all you wrote, then I would say being banned for spamming is a bit harsh. I suppose on a phone it could take up some screen space…but again, doing it one time is hardly what I would call spam. That said, I suspect it only takes one person getting annoyed to earn the honor of being banned. :-/
I laughed at a joke and that’s what I got, it’s considered spam, but the game also tries to promote being social which is what I normally am, im friendly with everyone and help people who are stuck or don’t understand things, IV even stepped in to stop bullying happening them get repaid like this, now they are ignoring my messages about it as well 
Its probably an automated system don’t worry and calm down
They responded to my first message telling me why I was banned but no to any message after that
Yeah i got the same situation but i was banned for harassing even though i said it as a joke and i even said it was a joke but noooooo i get banned for “harassing” while their are others saying harsh things that they didnt mean as a joke

Might be what happened, although this would make guild recruitment troublesome because I don’t want to be constantly obstructed from trying to fill my guild’s roster.
Spammers ruined it for everyone. :\
