Usually if they are in the elite campaign, they are also available in the diamond creates

@Swashbuckler_Eva_XXXI For someone playing casually or f2p it’s not a big issue, for players who occasionally spend money and try to keep top tier teams it’s a burden. Since in game rewards keep getting reduced, players who want to keep current are required to pay more money and with level increases happening faster it means more frequent payments to maintain that current state. There is a breaking point for any of these players. As the rewards keep going down and levels come out faster it will discourage some to keep playing.
This could create a negative feedback loop wherein the game makes less money per update so the devs push updates faster and reduce in game rewards to stimulate more spending even though this will only encourage more paying players to leave.
You might think game companies will recognize this trend before it gets hyper critical, however I’ve played many good mobile games with solid player bases only to see them shrivel and die as the companies running them try to increase more and more cash spending.

I agree with you, but also you have to take into account the fact that fast tracking a leveling process (that would normally take 5ish weeks normally, but 2 hrs using resources you stored because you are a top player) is not fair to the playerbase.
To be competitive means to spend a ton of money to reach the top. If you don’t, you’ll never cross that threshold to even be considered a top player. There are exceptions here and there, but with arena and colisium rewarding 500gems for getting 1st place, if you’re at the top you stay at the top.

I’ll just add to the growing list of people asking whenever the supposed level cap increase is slowing down. We will be at 62 heroes on the higher servers, and have tons of work to still do rounding out heroes a slow down would be MUCH appreciated

Sigh, another team level cap raise and o7 
i play every day, do all dailies like mad man and cant keep up. Stuck on 111 team level now and i have only two o4 heroes

What servers are you on if I can ask?
The reason why you can’t access the newest characters is likely because you are in some of the newer server, but you can change over to a newer server if you want and get access to the newer characters

Will you guys ever make it so people from other server can add each other? My friend is on server 19 while I’m on 18 and we wanted to add each other and level our to guild, but only way right now to do that is restart in the server he’s is in and lose our VIP, hero’s, rank etc. Should be a feature to just switch server or transfer,

Umm The Lion King characters won’t be coming this month. It is only Pixar characters for June and July

I’m fully aware that the greed of making money can scare the player base away, I’ve played a game that’s basically going to die any second for 3 years and not finding balance in making money and keeping players intrigued is a huge downfall for most mobile companies. But its also hard to make everyone happy. I am still growing but am competitive in nature so I’ve basically pushed to max all my heros and hit level increases alot quicker than most. I’m ok with level increase but maybe not all servers are. Its possible they may need to look better at each server when making changes and updates.
